Common questions

Which areas do you deliver to?

Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Delivery is free within most of these, and anything further is quoted before you book.

How much is the security deposit?

It depends on the setup and is refundable in full when we collect the equipment in working condition. We tell you the exact amount on WhatsApp before you pay anything.

Do I need my own TV or monitor?

For a console booking, yes, any TV or monitor with an HDMI port works. For a PC booking you can add a 27 inch 144 Hz monitor with a keyboard and mouse.

Can I extend the rental?

Message us before the pickup time and we extend it at the same daily rate. If the setup is booked after you, we will tell you in advance.

What if something stops working?

Call or message us and we will troubleshoot on WhatsApp. If it is a hardware fault from our side, we replace the unit or refund the unused days.

Do you take bookings for parties and events?

Yes. Birthdays, office events and college fests are a large part of what we do. Share your date, venue and number of stations and we will send a quote.
